Valet Parking at Boston Logan: Service, Rates, and Locations
Boston Logan does not run a stand-alone valet service. What Massport offers is Gold Parking Express, a membership that guarantees members a space in a designated parking area or, failing that, valet-parks the car at no extra cost. Off the airport, Park Shuttle & Fly in East Boston and Park N Boston in Revere offer valet at their own lots. Here's how both work and when each makes sense.
Overview: Two Different Products Called "Valet"
The word "valet" at Logan can mean two very different things. The first is Massport's Gold Parking Express, a membership program. Members present their card at the reader designated for the program, and Massport guarantees a space in the designated parking area or valet-parks the car at no additional cost. Massport's parking page shows Gold Pass spaces on Level 3 of Central Parking. It is a guarantee of a space, not a destination valet service.
The second is off-airport valet, and it happens at the operator's lot, not at the terminal. Park N Boston's valet team meets you at its gate in Revere, takes your keys and parks the car, and you ride its free shuttle to the terminal. Park Shuttle & Fly's attendants park the car in its East Boston lot after you check in at the window, and you take its shuttle. PreFlight, in Chelsea, lists no valet service. Neither valet operator describes collecting a car at the terminal curb, so you still ride a shuttle both ways.

How Valet Works at Logan
The mechanics are different for Massport's Gold Parking Express versus off-airport commercial valet. Here's what each looks like in practice.
Gold Parking Express (Massport)
- Enroll online with Massport. The terms are at massport.com/evopark-tc.
- On arrival, present your Gold Parking Express card at the card reader designated for the program.
- If a space is free in the designated area, park there yourself.
- If not, Massport valet-parks the vehicle at no additional cost above the charge for parking in the designated area.

Off-Airport Valet (at the lot)
- Reserve with the operator and drive to its lot: Park N Boston in Revere or Park Shuttle & Fly in East Boston.
- At Park N Boston, the valet team meets you at the gate and takes your keys. At Park Shuttle & Fly, check in at the window; if you are sent to the staging area, leave your keys and the lot attendants park the car.
- Board the operator's free shuttle to your terminal.
- On return, take the shuttle back to the lot. Park Shuttle & Fly asks you to request it through your digital claim ticket or by phone.

Where Valet Happens
Neither kind of valet happens at a terminal curb. Gold Parking Express works inside Massport's designated parking area, which its parking page shows on Level 3 of Central Parking, and Central's Level 4 bridges reach all four terminals. Off-airport valet happens at the operator's lot in East Boston or Revere, and the operator's shuttle carries you to and from your terminal.
Note: there is no garage at Terminal E yet. Massport is building one and has published no opening date. Travelers flying from Terminal E currently use Central Parking, the Economy Garage, or an off-airport operator.
When Valet Makes Sense
Valet — whether Massport's Gold Parking Express or a commercial off-airport operator — earns its premium in specific scenarios. Outside those scenarios, self-park options almost always win on cost, and often on speed.
Valet is worth it for
- ✓ Short business trips — 1 to 2 nights with zero tolerance for delay
- ✓ Mobility limitations — skipping the walk from the garage or the shuttle transfer
- ✓ Traveling with young children — two adults with two car seats, luggage, and a stroller
- ✓ Severe weather — nor'easters, ice storms, heavy summer thunderstorms
- ✓ Very early or very late flights when shuttle frequency drops
- ✓ Gold Parking Express members — the valet-park feature is already included
Skip valet if
- ✕ You're on a 7+ day trip — the premium compounds
- ✕ You're comfortable with a 5–15 min shuttle from an off-airport self-park lot
- ✕ You're flying out of Terminal B or C — walks from Central Parking are 5–7 minutes
