The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) owns and operates the airport itself along with its on-airport parking: the Central Parking Garage, Terminal B Garage, and Economy Parking. A cluster of independent off-airport lots in East Boston, Revere, and Chelsea rounds out the market with free shuttle service to all four passenger terminals.
Pricing splits cleanly into three tiers. On-airport garages (Central, Terminal B) charge a $46 daily maximum drive-up, dropping to $29/day on a limited number of advance-reservation spaces. Economy Parking, also run by Massport, charges $37/day drive-up or $29/day on advance reservation. Off-airport lots advertise lower daily headline rates — in the mid-to-high teens, depending on the operator and day of week — with free 24/7 shuttle service and, in many cases, an extended grace period on the final day. The single biggest lever available to any traveler is Massport's advance-reservation program. The $29/day rate is available at Central Parking, Terminal B Garage, and Economy Parking — but the pool of spaces is small and peak travel windows (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Boston Marathon weekend, summer holidays) sell out in advance.
