BostonAirportParking.com ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at bostonairportparking.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

Information We Collect

Automatically collected information: When you visit our site, Google Analytics 4 records standard usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. Our host, Netlify, processes standard server request data in order to serve the site. Our error-monitoring service, Sentry, receives technical diagnostic data when a page script fails, which includes the page URL, browser and device details, and the error itself.

Information you provide: If you email us, we receive your address and the content of your message. The site also contains a rate-alert signup form which collects your email address and the page you signed up from. That form is processed by Netlify Forms. The rate-alert capture is currently switched off and hidden on every page, so it is not accepting signups; this policy describes it because the form markup is present in the deployed site and because we will not turn it on without saying so here first. We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment details, or travel dates.

How We Use Information

We use automatically collected information to understand how visitors use our site, improve our content and recommendations, and monitor site performance. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Our site uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

Google Analytics 4: Web analytics service operated by Google LLC. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Affiliate partners: Some outbound links on this site are affiliate links. Our current paying partners are Parking Access and Carmel Limo. If you follow one of those links, that company’s own privacy policy governs whatever it collects; we do not control their practices and we do not receive your personal information back from them. Netlify: Our site is hosted and served by Netlify, which also processes rate-alert form submissions if that form is enabled. Netlify receives standard request data such as IP address and user agent in the course of serving pages.

Sentry: Client-side error monitoring, used to catch broken scripts on live pages. It receives diagnostic data only when an error occurs. We do not use it to profile visitors.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4). These help us understand aggregate usage patterns. Sentry may use browser storage to group related errors. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run a third-party ad network. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them does not affect the core functionality of this site.

Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry, then deleted. If the rate-alert list is enabled and you join it, your email address is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Sentry diagnostic data is retained on Sentry’s default schedule for the project.

Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Your Rights

Changes to This Policy
